Aerospace Composites
The Aerospace Composite Technician program is designed to prepare students to fabricate, assemble, and repair composite materials on aircraft.  Students will learn methods and processes commonly utilized for the fabrication of composite materials. Students will identify and utilize appropriate materials and processes to assemble structures made of composite materials. Students will also test and repair composite structures while earning a certificate of competency.

 Aerospace Machining
The Aerospace Machining/Fabrication program is designed to teach students the use of hands tools and industrial machines as they apply to aerospace and manufacturing. This program will also focus on the materials and technology used in the aerospace industry. Students will receive instruction in trade tools, blueprint reading, precision measurement, and welding.

Second year option with instructor permission

Automotive Technology
The Automotive Technology program is designed to train students for a variety of jobs within the automotive industry including: automotive repair, customer service, and business management. Students will service and diagnose vehicles, complete tune-ups, conduct brake and suspension repair, and perform wheel alignments. Program fees apply.

Construction Trades
The Construction Trades program is a pre-apprenticeship program designed to teach entry-level construction skills and knowledge. This course covers both residential and commercial construction with an emphasis on job site safety. The course goals is to prepare students for direct entry into an apprenticeship by meeting rigorous academic and industry standards. A $50 materials/fee is charged for this program.

 Cosmetology (off-site)
The Cosmetology program trains in haircutting, current styling trends, hair coloring, scalp and skin care, and safety and sanitation in a hair salon setting. Upon completion of the required 1,800 hour program, student may take the state Cosmetology examination. Students must be prepared to attend class in the evenings and on Saturdays. This program is conducted off-site at a local beauty college in Puyallup and Tacoma. 

1 year program
​Students must be a senior and 17 years old at the time of enrollment and provide own transportation

Criminal Justice
The Criminal Justice program is designed to prepare students for careers in law enforcement and/or further academic work. This program gives a broad overview of the criminal justice system with emphasis on policing, corrections and the courts. Program requirements: Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Culinary Arts
The Culinary Arts program is designed to prepare students for a promising career in the food or hospitality industry. Students will receive the training necessary to prepare them to work in the restaurants, hotels, and hotels. Students will learn kitchen procedures, sanitation and safety, dining room service, menu planning and costing, baking/food preparation, banquet and catering service and storeroom management. Students will also assist in the operation of the PCSC deli, The Glacier Grill.

DigiPen Video Game Development
The DigiPen Video Game Development program is designed to teach students to create video games using trigonometry and higher math, computer programming in C++, as well as 2D and 3D animation. This course will prepare students with the skills necessary for the video game industry's biggest need - qualified video game programmers and artists.

Fire Science & Emergency Services
The Fire Science and Emergency Service program will prepare students for careers as firefighters and other emergency service careers. Students will learn academic requirements associated with being a firefighter as well as the use of safety equipment. Students will use firefighting equipment such as hoses, turnout gear, SCBA's and a working fire engine.

 Medical Careers
The Medical Careers program is designed to prepare students for initial certification as a Nursing Assistant (NA-C) as well as continued training in nursing. Students spend time in the classroom and in an assisted living facility learning many procedures for patient care including: taking blood pressure, temperatures, pulse and respirations, as well as learning how to bathe, groom, feed, lift, exercise and position patients.

PC Networking & Hardware Repair
The PC Networking & Hardware Repair program will introduce students to a broad understanding of the installation and management of computer networks. Students will also learn to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair computer hardware. This program is aligned to industry-recognized standards.

 Pre-Pharmacy Technology ​
The Pre-Pharmacy Technology program will introduce students to the skills needed for entry positions in retail, hospital and mail order pharmacies. Students will learn how tp process prescriptions, prepare IV medications, order and stock medications as well as operate and troubleshoot automated drug dispensing systems.

Pre-Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine ​
Students will gain hands-on experience in evaluation, acute care and rehabilitation skills associated with the physical therapy field. This program will also teach students about Kinesiology (the study of human movement), Human Anatomy & Physiology, ethics and taping techniques.

Pre-Veterinary Technology
This program will prepare students for careers int eh animal healthcare sciences field. This program includes both theory and application of skills and concepts, such as animal restraint, anatomy, physiology, husbandry and disease processes. Students will also receive training in grooming services.
